Engineering Manager, Operations Intelligence, gUP Engineering

This role is based in Pittsburgh, PA or Boulder, CO.

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Build, mentor, and manage an engineering team focused on content automation.
• Define and drive the technical strategy and architecture for content automation systems.
• Oversee the software development life-cycle, ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Advocate for engineering best practices and encourage innovation.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience in full-stack development with Java, Python, Golang, or C++.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role and 2 years in a people management role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and machine learning platforms.
