Compensation:
$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team responsible for delivering system software for servers into Google data centers.
- Set and communicate team priorities that align with organizational goals.
- Develop mid-term technical direction and roadmap within your team.
- Review code developed by other engineers to ensure best practices.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Experience with embedded operating systems and programming in C/C++.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Knowledge of Data Center Architecture and Test Automation.
