Engineering Manager, Sports

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

• Set and communicate team priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop technical goals and roadmaps for multiple teams.
• Guide system designs and write development code to solve complex problems.
• Review code and provide feedback to ensure best practices.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of software development experience.
• 3 years of full stack development experience with technologies such as Java, Python, Golang, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years in a people management role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience in Search Infrastructure.
