Executive Recruiting Researcher, Cloud

This role is based in Chicago, IL or Atlanta, GA.

Compensation:

$107,000-$153,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own search strategies for executive searches across technical functions.
• Provide effective project management and drive searches forward.
• Partner with leadership recruiters to provide insights and advise on talent needs.
• Build relationships with passive applicants.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in processes and systems.

Minimum qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in sourcing or related fields.
• 1 year of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house team.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in executive recruiting and board placement.
• Strong consultative skills to influence stakeholders.
