This role is based in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Compensation:

CAD 204,000-209,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the 'Discovery-to-Deployment' journey for AI applications.
  • Bridge the gap between Google’s AI products and customer infrastructure.
  • Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems.
  • Identify technical friction points and convert them into reusable modules.
  • Mentor talent and influence cross-functional strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of experience with AI-powered solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms.
  • Experience in full-stack solutions and managing technical sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in AI or Computer Science.
  • Experience with multi-agent systems and LLM-native metrics.
  • Ability to implement secure workflows with OAuth-based authentication.
