This role is based in Toronto, ON, Canada.
Compensation:
CAD 204,000-209,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the 'Discovery-to-Deployment' journey for AI applications.
- Bridge the gap between Google’s AI products and customer infrastructure.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems.
- Identify technical friction points and convert them into reusable modules.
- Mentor talent and influence cross-functional strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of experience with AI-powered solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms.
- Experience in full-stack solutions and managing technical sessions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in AI or Computer Science.
- Experience with multi-agent systems and LLM-native metrics.
- Ability to implement secure workflows with OAuth-based authentication.
