Location: Mountain View, CA, USA

Compensation:

$113,000-$162,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to set Marketing’s annual plan globally and develop C-level deliverables.
  • Work across Google’s products to develop solutions to the organization’s challenges and initiatives.
  • Conduct data-driven business analytics to support and make recommendations on strategy and investment.
  • Improve Marketing efficiency and effectiveness by applying a diligent approach to operational processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, or related fields.
  • 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Experience in coaching or managing team members.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and influence executive managers.
