Compensation:
$129,000-$185,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Communicate user experience through wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes.
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into product updates.
- Advocate for design-centered changes and improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience designing across multiple platforms and creating user interface mockups.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design or related field.
- 2 years of experience in a cross-functional organization.
- Experience with AI technology in UX design.
