Lead Technical Program Manager, Network Delivery Engineering

This role is based in Atlanta, GA or Thornton, CO.

Compensation:

$183,000-$271,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives to improve speed-to-market for networking products.
• Manage a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and drive organizational change.
• Communicate program strategy to executive audiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of experience in managing technical projects and infrastructure.
• 5 years in a leadership role with direct reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
