This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute analytical programs for cost savings and work with Cloud Supply Chain teams to shape functional analytical requirements.
  • Collaborate with global program managers, data engineers, and data scientists to implement data engineering solutions.
  • Establish an operations measurement framework and long-term strategy for data engineering.
  • Manage a team of technical program managers to enhance global data operations and analytics.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • 5 years in technical program management in a data-related domain.
  • Experience with machine learning models and leading organizational change.
