Outcome Customer Engineer, SaaS Delivery

This role is based in London, UK or Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and orchestrate a structured, end-to-end deployment plan across customer and partner teams.
• Resolve technical blockers and accelerate deployment.
• Drive and track progress of the initial and ongoing ramp of license agreements.
• Identify expansion opportunities for new license agreements.
• Drive sustainable product usage to help customers realize ongoing value.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
• Experience engaging with technical stakeholders.
• Experience with programming languages, debugging, or systems design.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Infrastructure Modernization, Application Modernization, Data Management, or similar.
• Experience with Google Cloud products.
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
• Experience guiding customers through organizational change.
