This role is based in London, UK or Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and orchestrate a structured, end-to-end deployment plan across customer and partner teams.
- Resolve technical blockers and accelerate deployment.
- Drive and track progress of the initial and ongoing ramp of license agreements.
- Identify expansion opportunities for new license agreements.
- Drive sustainable product usage to help customers realize ongoing value.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
- Experience engaging with technical stakeholders.
- Experience with programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Infrastructure Modernization, Application Modernization, Data Management, or similar.
- Experience with Google Cloud products.
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
- Experience guiding customers through organizational change.
