Product Manager, Conversational AI for Support, gUP

This position is based in Sunnyvale, CA, USA; Boulder, CO, USA; and other locations.

Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Understand user and product needs, set strategic direction, and align with overall goals.
• Analyze the self-help journey and optimize conversational AI for consumer support.
• Generate new ideas, prioritize features, and collaborate with engineering and product peers.
• Develop strategies to drive usage and engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in product management or related technical roles.
• 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Experience with Generative AI or Large Language Models.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working closely with engineering on infrastructure design.
• Ability to define metrics and analyze experiments.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting to executive leadership.
