Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

As an App Ads Product Manager (PM), you will work with the cross functional partners to drive business growth by supporting gaming advertiser use cases.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $138000 - $198000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefitsLearn more about benefits at Google.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or a business related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., marketing, business operations, consulting).
  • 2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to the executive leadership.
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  • 1 year of experience in software development or engineering.
  • Experience with Ads or Gaming.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the features for app promotion success including how to improve our pre-registration ads product, how to get advertisers to input the right gaming assets including Playables and how to provide the right advertiser insights for gaming.
  • Own Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), strategy papers in the gaming space around game launches and optimization.
  • Guide ideation, strategy, and development of gaming features around the launch.
  • Influence cross-functional teams, Engineering, UX, analysts, and sales to drive product success.
