This role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the goal and roadmap for AI products, leveraging data and user insights to inform critical decisions.
  • Identify and track emerging industry trends, capitalizing on AI and automation opportunities within the enterprise.
  • Lead the creation of rapid prototypes and iterations, motivated by user feedback.
  • Work closely within a small, experienced team, partnering with engineering, design, research, marketing, and sales.
  • Address complex, ambiguous problems and develop creative, effective solutions.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience with Generative AI or Large Language Models.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or a business related field.
  • 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
  • 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • Experience in product development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of building accessibility best practices.
