Product Manager, Google Store, Growth

This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product goal and roadmap for our promotion strategy, leveraging AI to grow the Pixel business globally.
• Own and optimize promotional and sales-driving levers to improve conversion and customer experience.
• Manage the expansion of our trade-in program to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
• Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle for growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners for seamless integration of growth features.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Experience in ecommerce, hardware, or subscriptions growth.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a Technology or Business related field.
• Experience building complex pricing and promotion capabilities in ecommerce.
• Experience with direct profit and loss responsibility.
• Ability to execute functions within a large team and complex global space.
