Location: Austin, TX, USA

Compensation:

$163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the product idea for integrating AI/ML capabilities into GRC infrastructure.
  • Drive the development of scalable backend services and tooling for data ingestion and reporting needs.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Work closely with Risk and Compliance practitioners to translate their expertise into technical requirements.
  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to prioritize high-impact AI features.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in technical product management.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience building or implementing AI/ML-driven features or infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
  • Experience working with infrastructure components and APIs.
  • Experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Security, or Governance technology.
