Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the risk landscape of emerging YouTube features, identifying potential vulnerabilities and outlining impact assessments to ensure user safety.
  • Design and implement comprehensive Trust and Safety (T&S) plans for new features.
  • Drive successful execution of safety plans through collaboration with various teams.
  • Develop goals and strategies for platform-level product roadmaps to enhance T&S efficiencies.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience in taking products from conception to launch in the Trust and Safety domain.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in T&S or adjacent organizations.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and compliance policies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
