This role is based in Mountain View, CA or Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$163,000-$237,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Work with design, engineering, and user research teams to define and refine the Beam core meeting experience.
  • Create experiments to test various design system treatments and interactions.
  • Re-imagine video meetings in 3D, enhancing the meeting experience.
  • Explore techniques to support connection and collaboration between Beam meeting participants.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience working on system UI and developing holistic design frameworks.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with 3D graphics and XR.
  • Experience driving a program from research and development to a realized product.
  • Experience with system or platform design.
