This role is based in Mountain View, CA or New York, NY.
Compensation:
$156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Develop the overall strategy for driving consumer and advertiser value in Retail Ads.
- Translate strategy into actionable initiatives and secure buy-in from stakeholders.
- Understand user needs and metrics to adjust products based on insights.
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver a cohesive shopping experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience with Retail, Ads, Google Shopping, or Consumer Product Design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering and UX/UI teams.
- Understanding of Ads and Retail businesses with consumer product intuition.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
