Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the overall strategy for driving consumer and advertiser value in Retail Ads.
  • Translate strategy into actionable initiatives and secure buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Understand user needs and metrics to adjust products based on insights.
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver a cohesive shopping experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience with Retail, Ads, Google Shopping, or Consumer Product Design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering and UX/UI teams.
  • Understanding of Ads and Retail businesses with consumer product intuition.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
