Compensation:
$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Define goals and success metrics for YouTube posts features.
- Translate viewer insights into engaging product experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to realize product goals.
- Utilize data-driven decisions to improve product performance.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in consumer product management.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and design teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies.
- Passion for YouTube and understanding of its ecosystem.
