Compensation:
$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Define the goal, roadmap, and success metrics for Posts features.
- Understand viewer and fan needs, translating insights into compelling product experiences.
- Conceptualize and build intuitive tools leveraging technology to empower meaningful fan participation and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to bring product goals to life.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to measure performance and iterate on the product experience.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
- Experience building and shipping consumer products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies.
- Familiarity with creator-focused products or content sharing platforms.
- Ability to translate user needs and business objectives into detailed product specifications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for YouTube and understanding of its ecosystem.
