Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product development lifecycle for new ad solutions and business generation strategies across the YouTube Watch Page.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data Science, and Sales to define a clear product roadmap.
  • Drive data-driven experimentation and analyze results for new ad formats.
  • Partner with core ads infrastructure teams to evolve models and systems.
  • Ensure successful launch and performance of ad solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • 2 years of experience with data analysis or experiment analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 3 years of experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, and other stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience with Ads.
  • 1 year of experience in technical leadership.
