This role is based in Mountain View, CA or San Bruno, CA.
Compensation:
$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead product development lifecycle for new ad solutions and business generation strategies across the YouTube Watch Page.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data Science, and Sales to define a clear product roadmap.
- Drive data-driven experimentation and analyze results for new ad formats.
- Partner with core ads infrastructure teams to evolve models and systems.
- Ensure successful launch and performance of ad solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- 2 years of experience with data analysis or experiment analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 3 years of experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, and other stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience with Ads.
- 1 year of experience in technical leadership.
