Compensation:
$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Work on YouTube's sensitive content systems with a focus on measurement, metrics, and operational responsiveness.
- Define the product goal, strategy, and roadmap for metric foundations.
- Improve operational resilience by investing in threat detection and operational processes.
- Partner with engineering to incorporate Machine Learning technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and respond to emerging content trends.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience with products utilizing Machine Learning, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in areas with significant leadership and stakeholder scrutiny.
- Knowledge in digital well-being, public policy, content safety, or trust and safety issues.
