Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Work on YouTube's sensitive content systems with a focus on measurement, metrics, and operational responsiveness.
  • Define the product goal, strategy, and roadmap for metric foundations.
  • Improve operational resilience by investing in threat detection and operational processes.
  • Partner with engineering to incorporate Machine Learning technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and respond to emerging content trends.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience with products utilizing Machine Learning, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in areas with significant leadership and stakeholder scrutiny.
  • Knowledge in digital well-being, public policy, content safety, or trust and safety issues.
