This role is based in Lincoln, NE, USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage EHS programs and projects to improve business operations and technical aspects.
  • Ensure compliance with Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) regulations and maintain permits.
  • Evaluate incident data and track corrective/preventive actions.
  • Organize meetings and reports to assess operational EHS risks.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in EHS management systems or managing EHS compliance.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Credentials or certifications from Board of Certified Safety Professionals, NEBOSH or equivalent agencies.
  • Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline.
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
