Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of electrical safety programs across EMEA, defining program scope and overseeing project timelines.
  • Identify and analyze electrical hazards, developing risk reduction strategies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including engineering and operational teams, to achieve electrical safety goals.
  • Monitor adherence to electrical safety regulations and internal policies.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of safety initiatives.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • 5 years of experience with EHS management systems and electrical safety processes.
  • Experience with EHS regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Experience in leading electrical safety programs in a data center environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
