This role is based in Frankfurt, Germany.
Compensation:
€98,000 - €101,000/year + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the EHS program lifecycle, driving business and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and monitor program performance.
- Communicate program progress and risks to stakeholders.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline.
- 2 years of experience in EHS management systems.
- Fluency in German for communication with local authorities.
Preferred qualifications:
- Professional qualifications in safety management.
- Experience in data centers and knowledge of EHS regulations.
