This role is based in Atlanta, GA.

Compensation:

$108,000 - $153,000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the collection, validation, and reconciliation of demand forecasts and supply signals.
  • Support the coordination of key planning activities, ensuring timely inputs from various planners.
  • Monitor for potential supply/demand mismatches and support the identification of root causes.
  • Facilitate communication and build relationships across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Generate and distribute reports on demand/supply status and maintain process documentation.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in supply chain management, demand planning, logistics, or product quality.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in a large-scale supply chain environment.
  • Familiarity with supply chain planning systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
