This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.
Compensation:
$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional NPI Program teams from concept to production ramp.
- Plan and execute NPI operations development activities.
- Manage manufacturing ramp readiness with internal and external partners.
- Drive optimization of product operations and supply chain.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in NPI Operations and manufacturing.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in hardware and manufacturing operations.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs) and assembly processes.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
