Location: Mountain View, CA, USA

Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Drive PLM standardization across global operations.
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of product data at every lifecycle gate.
  • Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks.
  • Modernize workflows by automating data entry and optimizing system configurations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) within consumer hardware or manufacturing.
  • Experience managing Engineering Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Product Data Management (PDM).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with advanced BOM structuring and engineering change management.
  • Proficiency in enterprise PLM platforms, including Siemens Teamcenter.
