This role is based in Atlanta, GA.

Compensation:

$126,000-$181,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for mechanical commodities.
  • Lead supplier selection and manage supply agreements.
  • Drive supplier relationship management and performance reviews.
  • Create processes for supply planning and risk mitigation.
  • Manage product life cycles and transitions with suppliers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years in program or project management.
  • Experience in spares planning or supply chain management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Familiarity with OEMs in power generation or cooling systems.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
