This role is based in multiple locations including Sunnyvale, CA and Atlanta, GA.

Compensation:

$147,000-$216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global change governance program for Google’s Data Center fleet.
  • Facilitate data-driven decision making and ensure stakeholder engagement.
  • Integrate change governance with partner teams' processes.
  • Monitor and optimize process performance.
  • Develop communications and training plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with change governance processes.
  • Data analytics skills to quantify program performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in data centers or related fields.
  • Familiarity with change governance software tools.
  • Ability to adapt workflows for scalability.
