Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in controls, electrical, or mechanical.
Preferred qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a facilities/operations manager or chief engineer within a critical facility.
- Extensive experience in critical facilities management or operations management, encompassing facility, operations, technical, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams and vendors. Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of resources needed to perform maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with facility management in the development and maintenance of schedules and resource leveling by utilizing the site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program.
- Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and PM schedules.
- Manage the process of launching our CMMS and work management processes at the site level to be used in the daily operation of the data center.
- Collaborate with other site planners to implement global best practices that optimize maintenance programs.
