Program Manager, Mechanical Commodity

This role is based in Mexico with remote work options available.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for mechanical commodities.
  • Lead supplier selection and operational reviews, managing critical commercial contracts.
  • Drive supplier relationship management and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Create and implement processes for supply planning and risk mitigation.
  • Manage product life cycles and navigate supplier changes.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in sourcing and supplier management.
  • Experience with mechanical commodities in the data center industry.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with major OEMs of industrial-scale systems.
  • Understanding of supply chain fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
