Program Manager, Quantum AI Facilities

Compensation:

$108,000-$153,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Quantum AI facilities team with project coordination and safety related initiatives.
  • Maintain project trackers and status reports for facilities projects.
  • Track environmental compliance metrics and develop dashboards.
  • Work closely with technicians and engineers on facility related projects, maintenance, and shutdowns.
  • Develop and maintain facilities workflows and processes, creating internal documentation.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in program management.
  • Experience coordinating tasks, projects, and vendor management.
  • Experience with facilities operations or hardware research environments.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in planning and scheduling construction projects or lab build outs.
  • Experience working in a research or academic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple work streams.
  • Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
