Compensation:

$136,000-$197,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

About the job:

Google’s Finance team is on a transformational journey to build standard, automated, AI-enabled processes. The Program Manager will guide strategic decision-making and solve complex problems within the R2R space.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to structure projects and manage the project lifecycle.
  • Implement governance for programs through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Document workflows and identify gaps for process improvements.
  • Define and monitor key metrics to measure business impact.
  • Lead working group meetings and track project progress.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years of experience in management consulting or project management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing process improvements.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Professional certification in accounting or project management.
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience with AI and automation technologies in finance.
