Compensation:
$136,000-$197,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
About the job:
Google’s Finance team is on a transformational journey to build standard, automated, AI-enabled processes. The Program Manager will guide strategic decision-making and solve complex problems within the R2R space.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to structure projects and manage the project lifecycle.
- Implement governance for programs through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Document workflows and identify gaps for process improvements.
- Define and monitor key metrics to measure business impact.
- Lead working group meetings and track project progress.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 7 years of experience in management consulting or project management.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing process improvements.
Preferred qualifications:
- Professional certification in accounting or project management.
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience with AI and automation technologies in finance.
