Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of high-impact data products and insights for global sourcing functions.
  • Develop scalable processes and tools for collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary contact on the data and analytics roadmap.
  • Oversee project scoping and prioritize deliverables for multi-quarter initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, BigQuery, R) and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in global supply chain management or cloud infrastructure.
