This role is based in San Francisco, CA, or Kirkland, WA, with remote work options available.

Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple, simultaneous data center site/civil development projects.
  • Gather internal requirements and deliver solutions that satisfy customer needs.
  • Maintain end-to-end responsibility of utility projects from concept design to construction.
  • Manage utility coordination and on-site site/civil construction works.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management and managing multi-disciplinary construction projects.
  • 2 years of experience with facility electrical and mechanical systems.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Experience with data center campus planning and utility projects.
