Compensation:
$131,000-$192,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own search strategies for executive searches.
- Provide project management and drive searches forward.
- Collaborate with leadership recruiters to provide insights and advise executives.
- Build relationships with passive candidates.
- Contribute to the improvement of systems and processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in sourcing or related fields.
- 3 years of sourcing experience in recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in executive recruiting.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without authority.
- Strong consultative skills.
