This role is based in Fremont, CA.

Compensation:

$144,000-$209,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • Resolve complex equipment issues using technical expertise and diagnostic skills.
  • Support critical semiconductor manufacturing systems to ensure high yields and maximum uptime.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams for equipment upgrades and new tool installations.
  • Uphold safety protocols and foster a collaborative environment.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting semiconductor processing equipment.
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor equipment processes and automation systems.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing technical training programs and documentation for complex systems.
  • Ability to manage vendor partnerships and lead equipment-related projects.
  • Proactive approach to implementing process improvements using data analysis.
