Compensation:

$151,000-$222,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Design and iterate on natural language flows for Extended Reality (XR) conversational interfaces.
  • Develop and refine model behavior for Large Language Models to ensure AI responses are accurate and integrated smoothly.
  • Produce interaction flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma.
  • Guide User Experience Writing and establish voice and tone guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to advocate for user-centric solutions.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
  • 5 years of conversation design experience.
  • Experience designing voice, conversational, AI, or multi-modal interfaces.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Experience in UX writing and content strategy.
  • Experience designing for multiple hardware platforms.
  • Experience in design strategy and design thinking.
  • Experience with design systems.
