Compensation:

$156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis including data gathering, processing, and presentations.
  • Research methods to improve the quality of Google’s user-facing products.
  • Interact with cross-functional teams to identify design opportunities and assess product improvements.
  • Make business recommendations and present findings to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of experience in analytics or coding (Python, R, SQL).
  • Experience with metrics analysis and user experience measurement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with executive stakeholders and experiment design.
  • Knowledge of Gen AI evaluation science and ML.
  • Ability to manage product quality iterations.
