Senior Data Scientist, Research, Search Intelligence Quality

This role is based in Mountain View, CA, USA.

Compensation:

$174,000 - $253,000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and improve Google Search user experience using advanced analytical methods.
• Work with large data sets, conduct end-to-end analysis, and build analysis pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and researchers.
• Make business recommendations based on data analysis.
• Research and develop methods to enhance the quality of Google Search.

Minimum qualifications:

• Master's degree in a quantitative field and 5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in analytics or 6 years with a PhD.
• Experience with evaluation data and strong communication skills.
