$248,000-$349,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, overseeing large-scale projects.

  • Set clear expectations for team performance and development.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of software development experience.
  • 3 years in technical leadership roles.
  • 2 years in people management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with open source projects like Apache Beam.
