This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, build, motivate and inspire a team to build agents into development workflows and platforms.
- Guide team in designing, building, and maintaining back-end services, APIs, and UI.
- Navigate problem spaces and drive cross-functional projects.
- Manage and communicate with executive stakeholders.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of software development experience.
- 7 years of full-stack development experience with back-end languages such as Java, Python, GO, or C++ and front-end technologies including JavaScript or TypeScript.
- 5 years in a technical leadership role.
- 5 years in a people management role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- 10 years of software development experience.
- 3 years leading teams in building developer tools.
- Experience in open source projects.
- Experience using data science to solve problems.
