Senior Interaction Designer, Billing UX, Payments

This role is based in Mountain View, CA, USA.

Compensation:

$159000 - $231000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Develop optimized checkout and sign-up journeys across Google.
• Create UX deliverables including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Maintain the design system for consistency and support.
• Communicate design rationale to stakeholders and stay updated on UX trends.
• Build partnerships across the Payments Platform.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of interaction design experience.
• Experience with B2C products in Payments or E-commerce.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with design tools like Figma and Photoshop.
• Collaboration experience in a UX team.
• Strong communication skills.
