Senior Interaction Designer, Chrome Search

This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$151,000-$222,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
• Communicate user experience through wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes.
• Integrate user feedback and business requirements into product updates.
• Advocate for design-centered changes and improvements.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
• Experience presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Portfolio or relevant work link required.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a complex organization.
• 2 years of leading design projects.
• Experience with AI tools, motion graphics, and prototyping.
