This role is based in Mountain View, CA.
Compensation:
$151,000-$222,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative solutions.
- Drive UX strategies and tactical executions for areas of ownership.
- Direct the execution of Pixel VIP v2 features and shape its future.
- Influence other designers on the team to enhance UX executions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
- Experience with 0-to-1 mobile design work.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 2 years of experience leading design projects.
- Experience shepherding products from concept to launch on mobile devices.
