Senior Interaction Designer, Retail Ads

This role is based in Mountain View, CA or New York, NY.

Compensation:

$151,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead and own the design goal for medium product areas, establishing and evolving patterns and standards.
• Drive design strategy across teams, influencing product roadmaps.
• Mentor and guide other designers to elevate the quality of work.
• Articulate product goals through storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of interaction design experience in product or UX design.
• Experience working on consumer products.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 3 years of experience in a cross-functional organization.
• 2 years of experience leading design projects.
