This role is based in Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX.

Compensation:

$237,000-$329,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and develop a global team to support Google's growth.
  • Lead negotiations for innovative technologies while balancing IP protection and operational agility.
  • Transform supply chain models to reduce lead times and risks.
  • Build partnerships with global integrators to enhance sustainability and capacity.
  • Coordinate between Engineering, Construction, and Finance for hardware integration.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in sourcing or supply chain management.
  • 7 years of experience in team leadership.
  • Experience negotiating CapEx agreements with global manufacturers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a Technical or Engineering field.
