Senior Network Security Engineer, Google Enterprise Network

This role is based in Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA.

Compensation:

$150,000 - $218,000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and technical direction, driving cross-functional teams.
• Develop security framework, policies, standards, and baselines.
• Conduct threat modeling and security assessments.
• Lead security programs and initiatives from inception to completion.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6 years of experience with network routing protocols and design.
• Experience with network security and threat modeling.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in programming languages such as C++, Go, or Python.
• Knowledge of security controls and cyber security.
