This role is based in Zürich, Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
- Work with partner teams during product design and development to implement requirements into Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Define product roadmaps by operationalizing strategy.
- Develop and secure buy-in for a product goal that supports the overall product narrative and direction.
- Collaborate across YouTube search and shopping teams to enhance user experience.
- Reimagine YouTube search to provide viewers with answers rather than just video results.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- 3 years of experience in training, tuning, and assessing machine learning models.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a Technology or Business related field.
- Experience delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
- Experience developing consumer products that leverage large language models.
